Richard C. Embden, Esq. is an award-winning personal injury attorney and the founder of Embden Law, LLC, based in Parsippany, New Jersey. He has dedicated his career to representing seriously injured individuals and families, focusing on all aspects of personal injury law, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall liability, workplace accidents, dog bites, and product liability cases.
Richard is a tenacious litigator known for exceeding client expectations through careful preparation, aggressive advocacy, and personalized representation. His dedication is rooted in a lifelong commitment to standing up for underrepresented communities and ensuring every client’s voice is heard.
Professional Background
Before founding Embden Law, Richard practiced with a multi-state personal injury law firm where he gained extensive litigation experience. His career path has always centered on advocacy, in law school, he served as a Certified Student Attorney for the Public Defender’s Office Juvenile Division, providing legal representation to young people in need. He also clerked with the Attorney General’s Office, working on matters involving civil rights and consumer protection.
